Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify glammbyjen 24-48hrs in advance to reschedule!
DEPOSIT. A $25 deposit is required upon booking. Non refundable. LATE POLICY. I allow a 10-15 min grace period. After 10-15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Please come face free of makeup, oils, strip lash glue, and mascara. no caffeine before appointment. Thank you <3
